Tissot | The NBA's 75th anniversary

The National Basketball Association NBA is celebrating its 75th Anniversary season. Founded in 1946, the league has continued to evolve and expand its international presence. For example, during the 2021-22 NBA season, NBA games and programming are available in 215 countries and territories in more than 50 languages.

Tissot has been the NBA’s Official Timekeeper since 2015 and this year, to celebrate this longstanding partnership as well as the league’s 75th Anniversary season, it decided to enrich one of its most iconic sports watches, the Tissot SuperSport, with 23 exciting, vibrant new straps, expressing Tissot’s love for the NBA. A must have for NBA fans is the Wilson Edition strap, crafted from the same leather used to make the official game ball of the NBA. The collection offers straps inspired from the uniforms of 11 different NBA teams. To personalise the look even further, the collection also includes straps for the 11 teams featured, that are inspired by the 2021-22 Nike NBA City Edition uniforms, which celebrate the league’s 75th Anniversary season.

Breathing yet more life into the range of options available, Tissot is adding three new models into the existing SuperSport range through three fresh, sporty designs with bi-material rubber and textile straps, each with their own unique details. All three new models can be mixed and matched with the new NBA straps.
