3. Type of data collected and purpose of processing

3.1 Cookies

Cookies are small text files, which your web browser places on your computer when you visit a website. Next time you visit, the website recognises the cookie and can therefore, to an extent, adjust to the user’s needs, for example by customising their browsing experience and displaying web pages more quickly.
Our website uses Google Analytics and its system of cookies to measure audience and analyse users’ behaviour. This helps us to identify our visitor profiles more easily and understand how they interact with our site to improve the user experience. No data are used for commercial purposes, since our sole aim is to raise awareness and provide information to the public.

3.2 Facebook pixels

Our website uses "Facebook pixels" from the Facebook social network, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States, or if you are resident in the European Union, by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Facebook").
We use Facebook pixels to optimise our advertisements on Facebook, by analysing their performance for statistical and market research purposes. Our aim is to target users who are interested in our content more effectively.
Facebook pixels establish a direct connection between the web browser used and the Facebook server, which allows Facebook to identify users who access our website using their IP address.

3.3 Contact by email, post or phone

The following data may be collected (depending on what you tell us) when you contact us:

The data collected are processed by the FH to the extent they are required to respond to your request. The processor does not have access to them and they are not forwarded to third parties.

4. Retention period

Non-personal data collected via the Google Analytics management console (cookies) are deleted after 14 months.
Personal data collected if you make contact with us are retained for a maximum of 24 months.

We use all necessary technical and organisational methods to ensure data security, in the context of the applicable legislation. These measures are adjusted as necessary, to ensure they remain up to date.
The data collected are stored in a secure environment and the people who have access to them are subject to a confidentiality undertaking.

Your personal data (if you make contact with us) are managed solely by the FH and are not forwarded to third parties.
Non-personal data (collected when you browse the website) are accessible to the FH and Up to you (subcontractor). They are not forwarded to third parties.

You may ask if we hold or process any personal data concerning you and if so, which, at any time, free of charge.

7.2 Rights to rectification and erasure

You may ask us to rectify any incomplete/inaccurate data or to erase personal data concerning you at any time (unless we are obliged to retain them for statutory purposes).

7.3 Right to limitation of processing

You have the right to request that your personal data are "frozen" while we respond to your request to exercise the aforementioned rights.
